I am a Fashion Marketing graduate from Falmouth University where I studied in a realistic industry based environment and focused on the balance between theory and creative based briefs.

I have a huge interest in writing creative content, designing graphic layout and media marketing.

Painting, photography, books and music are key interests of mine and in my spare time I love to relax by practising yoga and mindfulness.

I am hard working and go to great lengths to ensure that my work is of the highest of standards and always completed within deadlines. I am a caring, bubbly and passionate individual who loves to meet new people and push myself to reach my goals.

Buyers Assistant

Working within the Missguided, Miss Selfridge, Topman and Burton teams. 

The purpose of my role is to ensure a daily smooth running throughout the buying cycle. My daily roles include processing of orders and system administration, manage the approval and production samples, maintain the sample library and the press and PR sample management, maintain the commitment and buy boards, liaise daily with suppliers via telephone and email communications and perform daily admin duties in an efficient and timely manner. 

I also have the opportunity to pitch creative ideas and product blocks. I also select products for our clients to use in media including TV and photoshoots and send out product to bloggers for social media coverage.

Sales Advisor and Administrator

 

The purpose of my role was to meet daily targets through delivery of excellent customer service and team work. I also assisted in organising and creating the large summer and winter sales, this is one of the busiest times in retail so being calm and organised was very important. As well as helping with store sales I also helped with stock takes and a store re-fit. From working in a fast paced high street store I learnt how to control busy crowds and improve my customer service skills. I also assisted with the visual merchandising and overall store layout.

Sundaze Jewellery is a clay jewellery brand selling consciously crafted handmade polymer clay earrings.

I created Sundaze Jewellery as a creative outlet during lockdown and it has since grown into a thriving business. I manage all aspects of the business from the making, marketing and selling of the earrings.

I completed a six week summer temp sales associate role at Burberry. Whilst I was working as a sales associate I learnt about the luxury retail environment and delivering a high standard of customer service. My role was to greet customers and deliver a luxury shopping experience. I had to be extremely organised and have good product knowledge. This included recognising the differences between the products and knowing the history behind each item. I served many different types of customers, these included tourists visiting London and very important clients to the Burberry brand. When talking to these clients I had to remain professional and deliver a helpful and relaxing shopping experience.
